Note: this review is not complete and may change as I work with the game.
I will mark it here as I update it and will comment when I think it is done.

Wii Accessories: Wii Remote, nunchuk (required for all exercises), balance board (optional for some exercises)
Other Accessories: Leg strap (included), Elastic resistance band (included), sneakers
Fun: 6/10
There are a few fun exercises like boxing, dancing, tennis, and baseball, but many of the exercises are the typical toning class type moves including squats, lunges, rows, curls, etc. Some workouts alternate between cardio and toning, while others focus on one or the other. You can custom-design your own workouts, tailored to your own needs.
Sweat-tensity: 9/10
When you follow the instructions and do the workout, this is one of the best Wii workouts I've tried. I like the toning exercises on this game much better than the strength building ones on the Wii Fit Plus.
Ease of Use: 8/10
The legband (see below) is hard to use. There are times when I can't get the on-screen me to register my moves. I've figured out that for lunges in particular, I have to lunge with the wrong leg in order for the moves to register with the on-screen me. There are plenty of videos to explain how to do each move, but if you're not new to the moves, you don't really need to watch them for most exercises.
Flow: 7/10
Preset workouts are the easiest way to get started (I try to stay away from a commitment like a 30 day challenge, so I skipped that one! - it might also be an easy start). You get a chance to select the kind of workout, time, and beginner or challenging??? intensity. The game goes through a warm-up, the main part of the workout, and a cool down. For the workout I did, warmup was 2 minutes of easy dancing, and cool down consisted of 20 seconds of walking. So you might want to do some additional cool down and stretches after this workout. There is a fair amount of waiting, particulalry between reps within a set. Although the game moves smoothly and quickly from set to set, sometimes the pause between reps is too long.
The Pretty Factor: 5/10
Pretty bland and not very crisp.
Accessories:
I was surprised that the leg strap actually stayed up on my leg (wearing fitted knee-length shorts) quite well, but it is quite difficult to get the nunchuck in and out of the pocket, which further breaks up the game play. The resistance band does not provide very strong resistance, so I ended up stepping on it to make it shorter. I may try using a more "stiff" band i already have next time.
Overall: 70%
